I’ve long described my work as radical self-love because, to me, self-love has never been about forcing a positive relationship with ourselves or striving toward some ideal state.
Over the years, I’ve seen how painful the journey toward “loving yourself” can become when it turns into something we’re supposed to achieve. Instead of easing suffering, it can create more pressure, comparison, and self-judgment.
I’m hosting a free, live online gathering that comes from this understanding.
In this live gathering, we’ll explore a different starting point. Instead of trying to force self-love or make it into a goal, we’ll slow down and gently meet what’s already here — including resistance, doubt, and the parts of us that don’t feel very loving or lovable at all.
This will be a space for guided reflection, meditation, and a simple self-compassion practice focused on listening inward with honesty and care, without needing to fix or improve our inner experience.
The gathering will be held live on Zoom. Everyone who registers will receive the recording.
