Emotions arise, shift, and pass. In this session, we'll practice staying present with emotional experience without being pulled into reaction, story, or judgment. Through this practice of gentle awareness of our emotions, we can cultivate an inner steadiness that holds whatever emotions arises within us compassion and openness.
