Emotional Resilience and Mindful Presence in Challenging Work

This session introduces participants to core emotional intelligence skills and accessible mindfulness practices that support well-being in high-stress environments. Through guided exercises and reflection, participants will practice techniques to reduce stress, process emotional strain, and stay grounded and compassionate even on difficult days. They’ll also learn simple ways to integrate these tools into their daily routines for ongoing balance and resilience.
